Our pieces are crafted exclusively using recycled gold, and we source only conflict-free diamonds from reputable wholesalers that comply with the Kimberley Process Certification. Our gemstones come from trusted sources and, when needed, are certified by independent institutes such as GIA, SSEF, or GRS.
We place particular importance on adhering to the Code of Ethics of the World Jewellery Confederation (CIBJO).
The Mind Behind edori
Our Managing Director, Manuel, grew up in a family of gemstone traders, which gave him the opportunity to immerse himself in the fascinating world of gemstones and jewelry from an early age.
Although he initially pursued a career in law, his passion for gemstones and fine jewelry never truly left him. In October 2022, the licensed attorney-at-law decided to follow his calling and enter the gemstone trade himself. His declared mission: to give high-quality gemstones and jewelry a new home at affordable prices. Throughout every stage of production, he places the utmost importance on adhering to strict quality standards. His vision is to create unique pieces that are fair, locally crafted, and handmade.
Manuel has also completed his training as a Certified Gemmologist with the Gemmological Association of Great Britain, earning the title FGA Gemmologist. In addition, he has undertaken advanced diamond courses at the Swiss Gemmological Institute (SSEF) to further refine his expertise.
